2. Our committee is dedicated not to see or use this situation as a disadvantage but as a benefit: We see a new wave of black and minority ethnic (BME) students entering universities, and this is an opportunity to bring further attention to BME issues primarily in Britain and globally.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

1. We acknowledge that we are a minority not just in the University, but also in the North West region. The ACS’s mission is to both recoup more members and promote awareness to the local residents of Liverpool and in student’s environment. By doing this we are attempting to establish ourselves more firmly in the fabric of the Guild of Students, as a recognised society.

3. The committee, are devoted to delivering informative functions and social gatherings that are beneficial for everyone.
